RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We have a flexible return and exchange policy.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 15 days from the date of delivery in unused, new condition.

FOR RETURNS

- buyer pays shipping for return

- once we have received your return in unused, new condition, we will refund your account for the price you paid for the product, but not for the shipping.

FOR EXCHANGES

- buyer pays shipping for return of product

- once we have received your return in unused, new condition, we will exchange for a product of equal value of your choosing.  In case you want to exchange for a product of greater or lesser value, we'll do the math and either refund or charge your account accordingly.

- we'll pay to ship your new item back out to you. 

FOR EXCHANGE OF SANDALS 

- the same policy applies as above, but don't sweat it if you get the bottom sole a little scuffed wearing them indoors to make sure that they fit.  We want you to have a great fit!
